Creating Documents

Steps to create Document Types

  1. Right Click on Insights and Resources and select Document Type
  2. Fill in the properties that appear:

Name: Represents the content name in the CMS

Title Represents the product title

Tile Title: Represents the title of the content when it appears as a homepage tile

Home Image: Represents the image card that appears on the homepage and cards

Description: Represents the content at appears below the sub-navigation and above the list of solutions

Copy: Place to enter Product Datasheet Content

Sidebar Items: Used to manage sidebar elements

Is Highlighted on Insights Page: Used to specify if this document needs to be highlighted on Insights and Resources Page

Click Save to save the item within the CMS.

For content to display as a tile filter option on the Insights & Resources page, and associate with the right SBU: On the new page 1. Under Form tab, select related solutions field; select related solution category (for example, Light Duty Vehicle Performance Additives'; Save the workflow. 2. One the page is approved through the workflow, go to 'Smart Search Kentico' application and rebuild 'selectionfilter search' index.
