Viewing Rated Content

To view the rated content data, click on the Rate This Content Folder under Additional Data. The Page tab should show you all of the rated content.

Each Rating Object contains the following fields:

Rated Document: This is the document that was rated

Rated Contact: This is the individual that rated the document. This field is tied into the CRM so that

Is Helpful: This checkbox indicates whether or not the document was helpful

Message: This field contains a message if a comment was submitted as well to a document.
