Creating FAQ Items

Steps to Add FAQ Topics

1. Navigate to the "FAQs" Item under Insights & Resources
2. Right click on "FAQs" and select New
3. Select FAQTopic
4. Fill out the properties that appear:

Name: Represents the Item in the CMS

Title: Represents the FAQ Topic Name that will be shown on the website

Steps to Add FAQ Items to Topics

1. Navigate to your specific FAQTopic Item
2. Right click on the Item and select New
3. Select FAQItem
4. Fill out the properties that appear:

Name: Represents the Item in the CMS

Question: Represents the question

Answer: Represents the answer that displays in the hidden accordion

RelatedSBU: Represents the SBUs that you would like to showcase the FAQ question under.
